MAXTECH Barge Crane is a dedicated heavy duty high performance four-rope crane withmaximum lifting capacity of 35 tonnes in grab operation at an outreach of 36 metres.With a larger winch lifting capacity can be increased to 45 t at an outreach of 32 m in graboperation.
Designed for high speed continuous operation, these MAXTECH barge cranes incorporate specific features for heavy duty conditions and operation in open seas. A counterweight reduces the overturning moment meaning higher stability leading to increased turnover of up to 30,000 tonnes per day.

Testing and Certification
Before leaving the factory, the equipment needs to undergo strict tests, including performance tests (lifting, luffing, and slewing movements with rated and overload loads), emergency stop confirmation, manual brake release tests, limit switch confirmation (under no – load conditions), and insulation resistance measurement. The test records of each item will be submitted to users to ensure reliable product performance.
