Product Introduction
The MAXTECH Container Deck Crane is a deck‑mounted crane specially designed for container handling, installed on container ships, multi‑purpose vessels and barges. It is equipped with a telescopic spreader that can quickly adapt to 20ft, 40ft and 45ft containers. Lifting capacity ranges from 30 to 65 tonnes.
The crane comes standard with a hydraulic twistlock system, enabling the operator to lock or release the container with a single button from the cab – eliminating manual intervention and significantly improving efficiency and safety. The spreader uses four‑point locking, and an advanced anti‑sway control system effectively eliminates load swing, ensuring precise alignment.
The hoist mechanism uses variable‑frequency drive or hydraulic stepless control, with hoisting speeds of 0 to 20 m/min for fast and smooth response. The slewing mechanism provides full 360° rotation, covering the entire deck area. The cab offers wide visibility and ergonomic controls, allowing the operator to clearly view the spreader and container corner castings.
An optional automatic container weighing system is available to display real‑time container weight, helping the operator manage load distribution. The crane can be supplied with classification society certificates from BV, ABS, CCS, NK, LR, etc., suitable for worldwide routes.
