Last week, the 20ft and 40ft semi-automatic Type I spreaders, tailor-made by MAXTECH for a Tanzanian customer, have completed the entire process from production to inspection and were officially dispatched to the customer's project site. These two spreaders are newly designed customized products developed by MAXTECH based on the customer's unique needs. It only took one month from the customer's on-site inspection and factory visit last month to the current shipment, which effectively demonstrates the company's strong capabilities in customized R&D and delivery of port equipment.
In the middle of last month, the Tanzanian customer team made a special trip to MAXTECH's production base to conduct a comprehensive on-site inspection of these two Type I spreaders and visit the factory. By on-site checking the production process, testing the spreaders' performance, and verifying the quality control procedures, the customer highly praised the products' design, manufacturing precision, and safety performance, and signed the acceptance confirmation document on the spot. To ensure the progress of the customer's project, MAXTECH promptly advanced the shipment preparation work such as packaging and logistics connection after the acceptance, and finally achieved the efficient delivery commitment of "shipping quickly upon acceptance".

The two I type spreaders shipped this time are customized products newly developed by MAXTECH for the customer's terminal container loading and unloading scenarios, with prominent highlights:
1. Precise Adaptation for Flexible Operation: The 20ft and 40ft spreaders correspond to containers of different specifications respectively, and both adopt a semi-automatic mechanical structure design. During operation, they can quickly connect and disconnect with containers without complicated manual adjustment, greatly improving the operation efficiency of terminal container loading and unloading and meeting the customer's needs for loading and unloading of different container types.
2. Customized Structure for Stability and Reliability: Based on the customer's terminal-specific conditions such as crane parameters and operation frequency, the structural strength and connecting components of the spreaders have been customized. High-strength steel is used to ensure that the spreaders maintain structural stability during frequent operations, with strong load-bearing capacity, enabling them to serve container loading and unloading work stably for a long time.
3. Easy Maintenance for Cost Reduction: The maintenance needs in the later stage were fully considered at the design stage. The key components are reasonably arranged for easy inspection, repair, and replacement. At the same time, the semi-automatic mechanical structure reduces the use of complex electronic components, lowering the probability of failures and making daily maintenance simpler, which helps the customer save operation and maintenance costs.

The successful delivery of these customized Type I spreaders is a vivid practice of the company's R&D and service philosophy of "customer-centricity". In the future, MAXTECH will continue to focus on the field of customized port equipment, provide more suitable equipment solutions according to the operation scenarios and needs of customers in different countries and regions, further expand the overseas market, and enhance its influence in the global port equipment field.
