MAXTECH Cranes Shipped to UAE, Installation Progressing Smoothly

July 3th, a batch of MAXTECH electric-hydraulic telescopic boom cranes has been successfully shipped to UAE. Upon arrival, the engineering team from MAXTECH promptly rushed to the customer site to fully support the installation process. Currently, two cranes have been basically installed, while the third one is undergoing urgent installation and debugging, and is expected to be put into operation soon.

The technical specifications of the delivered offshore cranes are truly remarkable, as detailed below:

1. Safe Working Load: The cranes feature multi-condition capabilities, with a 35-ton lifting capacity at a 6.5-meter working radius, a 10-ton capacity at 15 meters, and a 3-ton capacity reaching up to 39 meters. This versatility allows them to seamlessly adapt to diverse port operations, from handling large-scale equipment to precision component lifting.

2. Hoisting Speed: When the load is less than 12 tons, the hoisting speed can reach 15 meters per minute, enabling efficient handling of light loads. For heavier loads (≥12 tons), the speed is adjusted to 5 meters per minute, ensuring stability during the lifting of heavy cargo and preventing safety issues caused by excessive speed.

3. Slewing Function: Equipped with a 360° full-slewing design, the cranes can flexibly adjust the lifting direction during operation, free from the constraints of site angles.

4. Operational Tilt Tolerance: With an allowable operational tilt of ±5°, these cranes can maintain stable operation even in complex port environments with slightly sloped surfaces, ensuring the safety and precision of lifting operations.

5. Boom Technology: The advanced hydraulic telescopic technology enables quick adjustment of the boom length according to operational requirements, maximizing work efficiency.

During the installation process, the engineering team strictly adhered to high-standard procedures and overcame numerous challenges. For instance, the limited on-site working space at the port, combined with the high-temperature environment, posed difficulties for both equipment installation and personnel operations. However, relying on their extensive experience and professional skills, the engineers precisely assembled and debugged all components of the equipment. To adapt to the local high-temperature conditions, the team also focused on optimizing the crane's cooling system, ensuring that the temperatures of all key components remain within the normal operating range during long-term operation in high heat, thus guaranteeing stable performance.

As these three marine cranes are gradually put into use, they will significantly enhance the cargo handling efficiency of UAE Port, providing strong support for the port's efficient operation. In the future, MAXTECH will continue to monitor the cranes' operational status, offering comprehensive technical support and after-sales services to ensure stable operation and contribute to the port's further improvement in operational efficiency.

Beyond these telescopic boom cranes, MAXTECH specializes in manufacturing a full range of maritime lifting solutions tailored to specific needs, including offshore cranes, marine cranes, port cranes, deck cranes, and more.
